Do I need to work in the drinks industry to attend?
Yes, London Wine Fair is a strictly professional, B2B event. All ticket applications are verified before a ticket can be issued.

How much does it cost to attend?
The London Wine Fair costs £49.50 to attend for the three days.
You can also purchase a day ticket which allows entry to one day of the Fair. This is priced at £29.50.
Group tickets are also available and cost £247.50 for a group of 6.
Tickets are free of charge for VIP's, verified Wine Media, Master of Wine and Master Sommeliers.

Why do you charge for admission to London Wine Fair?
As of 2022, London Wine Fair implemented an admission fee for trade visitors. This decision reflects the substantial costs associated with organising a premier industry event of this scale. In the current economic environment, implementing an admission fee ensures we can continue delivering the high-quality experience our industry expects and deserves.
This pricing model aligns with other major international wine exhibitions and allows us to maintain the Fair's position as a leading industry event.

Yes, we provide complimentary access to:
VIP's who are senior drinks buyers
Accredited media representatives
Masters of Wine (MW)
Master Sommeliers (MS)

How do you ensure the event remains trade-only?
All ticket applications undergo a thorough verification process to maintain the event's trade-only status, ensuring the Fair remains a focused business platform for the drinks industry.

Can I register on the day of the Fair?
Yes, you can indeed. You will still need to pay for you ticket (one day ticket rate - £29.50, or 3-day ticket rate £49.50). The registration staff at the entrance of the Fair will be able to help you with registering and payment.

When will I receive my ticket?
All LWF tickets will be available for printing when you arrive at the London Wine Fair. You will not be able to print your ticket in advance. Please bring along your confirmation email (either on your phone/tablet or printed).

What can I do if I can no longer attend?
All London Wine Fair tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please fill in the enquiry form here.

Is LWF wheelchair accessible?

Are under 18s or babies allowed entry?
Unfortunately, due to our venue license and insurance, we are unable to allow entry to The Grand Hall to under 18s.
However, there is a dedicated parent and baby room provided in the Organisers Office. Parents will be shown to the room by a member of the team.

Are dogs allowed entry?
The only dogs permitted at London Wine Fair are assistance dogs.
