Champagne Gosset in partnership with Le Cordon Bleu London invites Sommeliers and Chefs to enter Gosset Matchmakers Competition at their Session on Monday the 15th of May in The Industry Briefing Room at 14:15

The competition, now in its eighth year, represents the pinnacle of Champagne and gastronomy pairing. This year’s competition will, once again, attract the very best contestants, in a continued partnership with Le Cordon Bleu London with new 2023 partners The Sommelier Edit and London Wine Fair.

The competition recognises and awards up-and-coming sommelier and chef partnerships who create perfect food and wine pairings in restaurants and other eateries all over the country.

This year Champagne Gosset continues to set the bar high, with a challenge to create one innovative dish to match with one of Gosset’s fine champagnes, Gosset Grand Rosé. Entrants must use Gosset Grand Rosé, ensuring the champagne is a perfect match with the creation they choose to present.

The winners of the competition receive an all-expenses paid visit to Champagne Gosset’s headquarters in Epernay and the title of Gosset Matchmaker 2023.

In addition Le Cordon Bleu London is offering an exclusive discount to attendees of London Wine Fair 2023 on their professional wine course.

Le Cordon Bleu London is offering all London Wine Fair attendees an exclusive 10% discount on their upcoming professional wine course: Working with Wine and Beverages in a Restaurant.
