The World Alcohol-Free Awards will be back at the London Wine Fair for the third time in May, showing off the Gold Medal winners from our 2025 competition.

The World Alcohol-Free Awards is the biggest independent competition totally dedicated to drinks at 0.5% abv and below. Last year we had entries from 21 countries in every drinks category - from wines, spirits and beers to sparkling teas, RTDs, kombuchas and functionals.
So this really is the world’s alcohol-free competition - a gathering of the best AF creations in every style from across the planet.
And because alcohol-free is all we do, our entire entry and judging system is geared to the requirements of the non-alc category.
We have a uniquely thorough way of categorising and flighting the entries, as well as judging panels made up of experts in alcohol-free, so you can be sure that drinks are fairly, rigorously and accurately tasted. We have the best judges and the best process.
The competition is fierce, and a medal at WAFA is hard to win. But because of that it really means something.
