'I am absolutely thrilled to be joining the London Wine Fair team as an ambassador to help the brilliant team curate Signature Serve. As someone who is passionate about uncovering the spirit industry's most complex and expertly crafted products, this role will allow me to spread that knowledge to buyers and retailers who in turn can introduce them to their customers. From categories gaining momentum like agave spirits, to premium whisky, rum and Cognac, and artisan gins, vodkas and more, the world of spirits is ever-growing. Giving it a stage at LWF will only help quench the thirst of consumers who have a growing interest in this exciting space of the drinks industry.'
